Marcus Paige injured, will miss Hoop Summit game

North Carolina’s basketball season is over but the injury list just keeps growing. Recruit Marcus Paige, predicted by many to take over the Tar Heels playmaker role in 2012-13, has been scratched from a weekend all-star game in Portland, Ore. Paige, a 6-foot-1 left-hander, suffered a foot injury at some point late last week during practice sessions in Portland. The extent of the injury isn’t known at this point.
