State basketball is peaking, and the Wolfpack recruits are adding to it. Longshot Duke hoops target Tony Parker committed to UCLA on Monday. He was another top player to reject the Blue Devils recently. Duke offered junior forward Austin Nichols, who said the offer was a dream.
