Four Tar Heels ranked in top-11 of NBA mock draft

In his latest NBA mock draft, ESPN Insider Chad Ford ranks North Carolina's quartet of players in his top 11 -- and predicts that the Tar Heels' top two scorers will be chosen by Portland. The draft lottery has not been conducted yet, so the order of teams is not set in stone. But here's where Ford currently has the Tar Heels: (ESPN.com)
