UNC Beats Winthrop, 2-0

No. 10 North Carolina turned in a second straight shutout and Colin Moran made a splash in his return to the lineup as the Tar Heels downed Winthrop, 2-0 Wednesday night. Moran was 2-for-4 at the plate with a home run and two RBI to pace the Tar Heel offense. Moran made his presence felt right away as he drove home the eventual game-winning run in the bottom of the first inning.
