North Carolina will begin this season where it ended last year – at the top of ACC basketball. Regular-season co-champions with Virginia and winners of the ACC Tournament, the Tar Heels were a unanimous pick to win a 24th regular-season title in media voting Sunday at ACC Operation Basketball. “We have big dreams and hopes. Expectations we don’t worry about because that’s what other people put on you,” said UNC coach Roy Williams.
