No. 7 Carolina Downs UNC Wilmington, 4-2


No. 7 North Carolina carried a 4-0 lead into the seventh inning and held off a late rally from UNC Wilmington (29-19) to claim a 4-2 win Tuesday night at Boshamer Stadium. Freshman Benton Moss threw three scoreless innings to earn the win, while Colin Moran and Brian Holberton contributed two hits apiece. (Tar Heel Blue)
