Scout.com's 2013 Updated Top 100 Basketball Recruits
Posted May 17, 2012
Jabari Parker is still the top recruit in the 2013 class. Just behind Parker is Julius Randle, a 6-foot-9 power forward from Plano (Tex.) Prestonwood Christian. A strong, physical post player, Randle has established himself as an elite rebounder, as he leads the EYBL in rebounding at just over nine boards through 14 games. Isaiah Hicks, a North Carolina commit, and Keith Frazier closed out the top 10.
