OL Cory Helms commits to Wake Forest


Wake Forest received big news Wednesday when a Top 100 prospect in Georgia decided he wanted to play for the Demon Deacons. Offensive lineman Cory Helms (Alpharetta, Ga./Milton) announced his commitment to Wake Forest while driving home from Winston Salem on Wednesday afternoon."I just committed to Wake Forest!" Helms said. (ESPN.com)
