UNC national champion walk-on Travis Stephenson also Big Rock winner

Travis Stephenson was a walk-on for UNC’s 1993 NCAA national title basketball team coached by Dean Smith. More than two decades later Stephenson, 42, is a member of the crew on the Greenville-based Double B boat owned by Harry Smith and captained by Daniel Spencer. Last year, Stephenson was the angler for Double B when it won the Big Rock, reeling in a 652.8-pound blue marlin. (Jacksonville Daily News)
