Recruits, coaches ready for new contact rule to take effect

For the first time in five years, men's college basketball coaches will be allowed to send unlimited texts and make unlimited calls to recruits who have finished their sophomore year of high school. Also, the NCAA will allow coaches to send private messages through social media sites such as Facebook and Twitter. Not every recruit knows what he's in for, however. "I'm going to take it one holler at a time," said 6-4 guard Keith Frazier, who is considered the No. 10 player in the 2013 class by Rivals.com. (USA Today)
