Carolina Clubs’ Carrier Classic Events Garner National Award


Service projects by the GAA’s Carolina Clubs to support military families last Veterans Day in conjunction with the Carrier Classic basketball game have received national recognition. The Council for the Advancement and Support of Education awarded the GAA a Gold Award in the category of individual special events, picked from among 69 entries in that category of its 2012 Circle of Excellence Awards.
