Rule change on access helpful for Roy Williams


This year, for up to eight weeks, coaches will be allowed to work with summer-enrolled players, including incoming freshmen, for as many as eight hours per week. Only two hours per week can be spent on skill-related instruction, meaning the rest of the hours are devoted to weight training and conditioning. The timing of the rule change helps .
