LB Peter Kalambayi commits to Stanford

Middle linebacker Peter Kalambayi, from Butler High in Charlotte, North Carolina, verbally committed to Stanford following his visit to the school Saturday. Kalambayi, a 4.0 student, had over 20 offers to consider. He was originally leaning toward Clemson and had visited Virginia Tech, North Carolina and Oklahoma earlier in the year. (Palo Alto Online)
