Julius Randle, PF, Class of 2013: The top power forward in high school basketball happens to check in at No. 4 on our list. At 6-foot-9, 233 pounds, Randle -- who recently led the U18 USA Basketball team FIBA Americas championship -- is a physical post presence that can score on the block or facing the rim.
