NCAA stays mum on UNC scandal

"What you have at North Carolina is a breakdown of the responsibility of faculty to ensure the academic integrity of their programs, of their courses, and the rigor of their courses,'' said former president of the National Association for Academic Advisors for Athletics Gerald Gurney, who left academic support to become a full-time professor in 2011.
