Bryn Renner is one of the top quarterbacks in the ACC, and the hopes of the new hurry-up spread offense are resting on his shoulders. Behind him on the depth chart, there is no experience at all.
Marquise Williams did play in a similar offense in high school, where he was rated one of the top dual-threat quarterbacks in the nation. But he is a redshirt freshman and has never played in a college game. (
