No. 1 Tar Heels Roll To 4-0 Win
Posted Aug 27, 2012
No. 1 North Carolina opened the 2012 season in impressive fashion Saturday as the Heels downed Gardner-Webb, 4-0, at Fetzer Field. On a night that the Tar Heels paid tribute to the legendary Kirk Urso with his No. 3 painted on the field and on their jerseys, it was only fitting that Carolina took a 1-0 lead in the third minute.
