Larry Fedora carried a Red Bull with him into his postgame press conference today. Shocker. Fedora, the first-year head coach of the North Carolina Tar Heels, brings an energy that is evident within the first few words out of his mouth. He dominates a room. He also dominated Elon in his first appearance as the Tar Heels’ head coach.
