Future Diamond Heel: Wood Myers

Wood Myers is a 5-foot-10, 175-pound middle infielder for Durham (N.C.) Jordan High School. He is ranked the No. 7 player in North Carolina and the No. 304 player in the class of 2013 by Perfect Game. Myers plays for the Dirtbags travel squad during the summer and fall. Growing up not far from North Carolina’s campus, Myers was always aware of the Tar Heel baseball program. He attended games starting at a young age.
