Giovani Bernard Not With Team in Louisville

North Carolina running back Gio Bernard did not travel with the team to Louisville, a school official confirmed. The Tar Heels arrived in Louisville on Friday afternoon for their matchup with the 19th-ranked Cardinals on Saturday (3:30pm/ABC/ESPN2). Bernard wore a left knee brace on Tuesday and participated in all drills through the media portion of practice. (Inside Carolina)
