ACC power rankings: Week 4

7. North Carolina (1-2, 0-1; LW: No. 6) -- The Tar Heels came out flat against Louisville, and tried to atone for it in the second half, but it wasn’t enough and UNC fell, 39-34. It wasn’t a surprise that UNC lost on the road to a ranked team, but its lethargic effort in the first half raised some eyebrows. (ESPN.com)
