Miami returns to Chapel Hill to face Tar Heels, former coach

Not all reunions are created equal. That’s just as well for North Carolina football coach Butch Davis. This afternoon in Chapel Hill, Davis and the Tar Heels face Miami, where Davis coached for six seasons from 1995-2000. “It’s all new players,” Davis said. “I do know Randy (Shannon) and a few assistant coaches. I know more in the administration than I do those associated (specifically with) the football team.” (Burlington Times News)
