Roy Williams says he feels 'blessed' following successful surgery

North Carolina coach Roy Williams says he lacks energy and feels a bit uncomfortable in the aftermath of surgery that removed a tumor attached to his right kidney. But the Hall of Famer knows he is fortunate things have turned out as well as they have. “I’ve been very lucky,” Williams said on the Tar Heel Sports Radio Network in his first interview since the Sept. 19 surgery. “I feel like a blessed human being.” (Sporting News)
