Virginia Tech has won seven of the last eight meetings between the two schools, but the Hokies come into this one off a last-second loss to Cincinnati that has many questioning just where this team is heading. North Carolina dispatched of Idaho, but the Vandals are one of the worst teams in college football and this is a much bigger test.
