Hokies will give Tar Heels biggest test at Kenan

North Carolina has shown it can blow out overmatched opponents at Kenan Stadium. Now the Tar Heels have an opportunity to test themselves against tougher competition. After shutting out Elon and Idaho and holding East Carolina to two field goals, UNC plays its first ACC home game against Virginia Tech on Saturday (12:30 p.m.). “We’ve got to defend this place,” Tar Heels coach Larry Fedora said.
