UNC-N.C. State officially a basketball rivalry again

The on-again, off-again rivalry between North Carolina and N.C. State is officially a rivalry again. Thanks to a new scheduling format, announced Wednesday by the ACC at its fall meetings in Boston and brought about because of the addition of Notre Dame as the league’s 15th team in all sports except football, the Tar Heels and Wolfpack are again guaranteed of meeting twice a year.
