U.S. Top Court Won't Enter Suit Against UNC Soccer Coach

The U.S. Supreme Court says it will not hear arguments in the sexual harassment lawsuit filed against the women's soccer coach at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. The state Attorney General's Office had asked the Supreme Court to rule in the 9-year-old case. But the court's decision Monday sends the case back for a jury trial. (WRAL.com)
