Anthony Elzy runs his way into tailback picture


UNC has been trying to whittle its corps of young running backs down to one or two go-to guys. But during Saturday's 17-10 loss at No. 17 Virginia Tech, freshman may have pushed the Tar Heels back into a "committee" approach. A week after freshman rushed his way up the depth chart by recording 43 second-half yards at South Florida, Elzy recorded 74 fourth-quarter yards at Lane Stadium. (Raleigh News & Observer)
