Tar Heels on opening night lookout for center

The team’s most acclaimed player has only three college starts, the point guard is a freshman, the shooting guard is coming off an ACL injury — and those are the players who have locked down starting spots for North Carolina. One day before tonight’s season opener against Gardner-Webb at the Smith Center, UNC coach Roy Williams said he still didn’t know who the starting center would be. (Durham Herald-Sun)
