UNC dominates Missisissippi State 95-49 in Hawaii

North Carolina won its first three games decisively, despite prolonged stretches of sloppiness that left coach wanting more. In the first half of their game against Mississippi State in the quarterfinals of the Maui Invitational, though, the Tar Heels were as crisp as they were dominant. No. 9 UNC led the Bulldogs by 32 points at halftime before finishing with a 95-49 victory. (Raleigh News & Observer)
