Tar Heels put right touch on ending

Because of a postseason ban, the North Carolina football team is ineligible for a bowl game or conference superlatives. That won’t stop the Tar Heels from celebrating the best record of any team in the Atlantic Coast Conference’s Coastal Division, a mark wrapped up with a 45-38 victory against Maryland on Saturday at Kenan Stadium.
