4. UNC (8-4, 5-3): Some folks were pushing
Larry Fedora for ACC Coach of the Year, and on the surface I get that argument. In his first season he had UNC scoring points in bushels. And if not for the bowl ban, the Tar Heels would have been the team playing in Charlotte against FSU. (
