Jim Martin On AFAM: "This Is Not An Athletic Scandal...It's Academic"

The long anticipated review of UNC’s African Studies Program by former state Governor Jim Martin seems to confirm what the university has maintained all along: that the controversy is not related to athletics. At a special meeting of the Board of Trustees on Thursday, Martin indicated that the scandal was academic in nature and didn’t pertain to athletics. (Chapelboro.com)
