Of all the scuttlebutt we’ve heard during those talks, the two most widely held beliefs are that Georgia Tech and Virginia are already good to go to the Big Ten and that Delany and company want Duke and North Carolina, as well. True or not, a lot of insiders believe Tech and UVA are thisclose to moving. If two more ACC schools really do have their feet out the door already, then the ACC will most likely lose all of its top-shelf athletic brands.
