UNC assistant David Duggan named defensive coordinator at Southern Miss

Duggan was co-defensive coordinator for the Golden Eagles in 2011 before joining Fedora at North Carolina. He has also worked at Brown, Colgate, Holy Cross and New Hampshire, in addition to several seasons as both a head coach and assistant in NFL Europe.
