Jesse Gey Named ACC Player Of The Week

North Carolina senior Jesse Gey has been named ACC Field Hockey Player of the Week following a pair of wins last weekend by the top-ranked Tar Heels. Gey opened the scoring in both outings, in each case putting the Tar Heels up 1-0 with what would prove to be the game-winner. In a 3-0 win over No. 13 Old Dominion on Friday, Gey scored to break a scoreless tie and put Carolina ahead for good. (CSTV)
