When the game’s biggest moments arrived, the Tar Heels (10-5, 0-2) weren’t up for them. They surrendered baskets on crucial defensive possessions and looked lost in a haze of miscommunication on key offensive ones. In the players’ lounge, Reggie Bullock was surrounded by reporters, his chair swiveled away from most of them, his voice unsteady. His disappointment was palpable.
