Bill Dworsky Lifts Tar Heels Past Pack, 1-0
Sophomore forward Bill Dworsky scored his third goal in the last two games to lead North Carolina to a 1-0 victory over NC State in the Atlantic Coast Conference opener for both teams Saturday at Method Road Soccer Stadium. The Tar Heels (2-1-2, 1-0-0 ACC) improved to 10-1-3 against the Wolfpack (3-2-1, 0-1-0 ACC) since 1997, and the win was UNC's first in a conference opener since a victory over Virginia in 2004.
