P.J. Hairston doubtful for Tuesday

North Carolina reserve P.J. Hairston, who sat out Saturday’s overtime win over Virginia Tech because of a concussion, is doubtful to play Tuesday against Wake Forest because of the flu, coach Roy Williams said Monday. “Yesterday, when I left practice, I thought that he would practice [today],’’ Williams said during the ACC’s morning conference call. “But last night, he got a little flu bug."
