The Ron West Effect

North Carolina's 2013 staff has been completed with the hiring of Ron West, who replaces David Duggan as the team's outside linebackers/'Bandits' coach. West will be returning to the Atlantic Coast Conference from Arizona State, where he spent the 2012 season. West is reunited with several current Tar Heel coaches that he's previously worked with.
