Is ACC basketball slipping or a victim of its own success?

Reality and perception can be difficult to discern, especially when examining the Atlantic Coast Conference. Is this the ACC that has produced three national champions this decade? Or, is it the league that has gone back-to-back seasons without a Final Four participant for the first time in 27 years? The popular theory going around is that the league has slipped a notch since 2005, when North Carolina rolled to the national championship under coach Roy Williams. (Lindy's Sports)
