Roy Williams rolled out his small lineup for the second consecutive game and his North Carolina squad responded by scoring an ACC-high 93 points against one of the nation’s best defensive teams in Virginia. UNC scored 53 points in the second half of its 93-81 victory, which is more points than the Cavaliers are allowing per game this season (52.3). (Inside Carolina)
