ACC Football Commitment Lists: Coastal Division, Feb. 21

It’s hard to believe, but we’re moving on to the next recruiting cycle. The big board starts anew with the preliminary verbal commitments in the ACC’s Coastal Division, many of whom have been committed for several months or even years. North Carolina: The Tar Heels received two commitments last June from defensive back Tajze Battle and Charlotte, N.C., defensive end Robert Dinkins.
