Lou, Part I: Finding Leaders


Last season Lou Hernandez became the third strength and conditioning coach for the UNC football team in three years. It would have been understandable if the transition to yet another S&C coach encountered some bumps in the road. But, he says, there weren't any. "It’s been amazing. When we stepped in here in the beginning – and all the credit goes to the guys." (Inside Carolina)
