27. North Carolina - Pros: The school is an easy sell for a recruiter: It’s is one of the premier public institutions in the nation, and its location, in picturesque Chapel Hill, is ideal. UNC has also made a huge financial commitment to football in the past decade. Cons: North Carolina is — and always will be — a basketball school. That is something that every football coach must accept.
