After flirting with 2010 troubles, Tar Heels making run reminiscent of 2006

UNC was overranked to start the season, and now the surging Tar Heels are at the other end of the spectrum. Only a week remains in the regular season, and they are moving toward mid-March as a dangerous team, which comes as no surprise. They just took a strange route to get here.
