ACC tournament seedings, matchups set

The regular season is over and the seedings are set. And after teasing N.C. State fans by falling behind by as many as 17 points in the first half, Virginia rallied to beat Maryland in overtime to secure the fourth and final first-round bye for next week’s ACC tournament.
