P.J. Hairston hurts hand in UNC’s win over Florida State
Posted Mar 16, 2013
North Carolina used an early second half run to pull away from Florida State in a 83-62 win in the ACC tournament quarterfinals Friday night, but lost P.J. Hairston to a cut between two fingers on his left hand with a little more than four minutes to go. Hairston trailed blood all the way to the Tar Heels’ bench, necessitating a lengthy cleanup of the court, before going to the locker room and not returning.
