Third-seeded North Carolina beat Florida State 83-62 on Friday to advance to the ACC tournament semifinals against Maryland. But it's unclear whether the Tar Heels will have to play without sophomore star P.J. Hairston, who sustained a blood-dripping cut on his left hand. "We're extremely concerned right now," UNC coach Roy Williams said after the game. (ESPN.com)
