Harry Giles on USA Basketball’s developmental team
Posted Mar 28, 2013
Wesleyan forward Harry Giles spent the winter wowing spectators in high school gyms across the state. Wednesday, the 6-foot-7 freshman earned a chance to take those highlights to the national level. USA Basketball selected Giles to be a part of its developmental national team on Wednesday, an important step toward securing a place on USA Basketball’s U16 and U17 teams this summer. He is already being recruited by a number of college programs, including North Carolina, Duke and N.C. State.
